I am a visual artist. 

I use a range of techniques to express my ideas from drawing and painting to collage and mixed media and occasionally printing making. I am inspired by different aspects of nature and life. Variety keeps me interested in creating. For me there is a sense of freedom in not being confined to producing only one type of art. I often move from  a series in one medium to another one seemingly completely different. 

 

I like to use recycled materials especially paper, cardboard and found objects and I will also sometimes repurpose my old artwork. Lately I have focused on textural abstract paintings alongside smaller works in a more graphic style using patterns and predominantly recycled paper.
